- And baseball again. To maintain the rules of the standard match scorecard, we have switched the home and the away team in the match summary. The guests are newly on top as baseball fans are used to.
- Good news everyone: match videos are here!
- Match highlights/goal highlights - always look for them right in the match detail or in the 'Video' tab.
- Goal? No goal? We all know that VAR can affect a match a lot. The new “VAR” icon next to the team name will now let you know if there is a goal under review.
- Goal celebrations, controversial offside calls, a red card…from now on, you can see emotional moments of the match right away thanks to photos we're adding to our live commentaries.
- VAR is another emotion-causing aspect of the game. You will always know in which match the VAR is in action right now - the red “VAR” icon in the match list will tell you.
- We have also made some minor improvements in order to speed up our app a bit. No big emotions here, but you should find it useful :)
- You won´t miss anything about your favorite team anymore. Let us introduce you to 'Team news', a new part of a team profile. Stay in touch and get instant info.
- The situations reviewed by VAR are now displayed in the match summary (For example - 20´ Goal disallowed - offside).
- You can enable or disable the notifications in the Quick Settings Tiles of your device.
- Support for Android versions 4.0-4.3 is over. We recommend you to upgrade the operating system if possible. You can also start using the mobile version of our website.
- We have stopped releasing updates for Android 4.4. Our app will work on your device in the current version.
- Due to the current worldwide situation we have started to skip postponed and cancelled matches in the daily schedules.
- Keep your focus when you need it. Let our app read out the match notification for you!
- Turn the new text-to-speech feature on in the app settings to get all match alerts without checking the phone screen.
- We also keep improving older features. You can now pin matches from 20 more sports to your home screen.
- And finally, we have fixed several bugs that had been slowing down our app. Let's keep rolling in 2020!

- Our latest update brings you the Dark Mode you have been asking us for. Just turn it on in the app settings.
- Speaking of our settings, it's now easier to get there - and also to the list of sports. A left edge swipe gesture will now display the menu anywhere in the app.
- The navigation is also simpler in the team transfers overview. Want to check a player's profile? Just tap on their name, and there you are!

Phew, the last few weeks have been pretty busy for us as we've been working on some important new features. We are proud to introduce to you a new version of Soccerstand.com that's:
- Better looking. We have given our app a fresh design - but no worries, it's still the good old Soccerstand.com :)
- More visual. Our notifications now display the player's photo next to the name.
- Better optimized. Some small adjustments here and there, and voila - our app now reacts a little bit faster.
- Have you ever watched a match on TV or a stream and got our 'Goal!' notification while the goal scorer was still in his own half? Pretty annoying, wasn't it?
- You can now easily mute notifications for the match - either in the match detail via the bell icon, or directly in the notification. Voila, no fun spoiled anymore!
- Oh, and we have also optimized our app for the latest Android so you can take advantage of all its features.
- In our previous update, we introduced the name of the goal scorer in a goal notification. But we're not done with notifications yet!
- From now on, our notifications display not only the score and the goal scorer, but also team logos.
- We have also added voice search. It's simple - just tap on the microphone icon and say which team, athlete or competition you are looking for.
- They are fast & accurate, and now they carry even more information for your comfort - we are talking about our notifications of course!
- From now on, football and hockey notifications indicating a goal scored will show you the goal scorer's name.
- Our notification will also let you know when the second-half or the next period starts. Turn this new notification type on and just wait for the beep :)
- And finally, some hockey news: all goalkeepers now have goalie stats in their profiles.
- Breaking golf news: we have added player profiles!
- Just check your favourite golfer - you will see the list of all tournaments played, and also how he or she performed.
- You can also add any player to your "My teams" list. We recommend you do this, as you will then always be notified about upcoming tournaments etc.
- Oh, and a bit of non-golf news: a lot of you have asked us to display soccer & hockey players' positions in their profiles. Voilà, it's there now :)
- Don't you have the time to browse standings, stats or injury reports before the match? You don't have to - check the match preview to read all information in one place!
- We cover top European soccer leagues with our previews, as well as the ATP/WTA tennis tournaments and cricket matches.
- Speaking of cricket - we have also added live commentaries so you always know exactly what's happening on the field.
- Oh, and there is a new splash screen during the app launch. Hope you like it! :)
- Do you like our My Teams feature? If so, you will love this new release!- My Teams are now on the bottom bar so you can access them any time. Look for the heart symbol.- Matches in My Teams are better arranged. The "Timeline" option is a new default.- Other news? Football/hockey players are accessible directly from the match summary - just tap on their name.- More news? Futsal is now improved with lineups and other detailed info.- Even more... ok, that's it :). Hope you enjoy all of it!
- Are 501 and 180 your favourite numbers? Good news then - we have improved our darts a lot!- The scores now update after every three darts thrown. And we have also added stats, ie. the number of 180's thrown or a player's 3 dart average.- We have improved our tennis coverage too. The "Point By Point" feature now also displays the game currently being played.- We support App Shortcuts! Thanks to this feature you can check your favourite games, teams or sports directly from the desktop.
Summer holiday? We didn't have any :)- We have improved the sorting of tennis tournaments. Small ITF events are now at the bottom.- Tennis player profiles are clearer. Singles and doubles matches are separated.- Do you want to watch Lewis Hamilton or Chris Froome on TV? Tap on their name in the race to find out where they will next be aired.
- Sidney Crosby, Patrick Kane, Connor McDavid and 40,000+ other names - all these hockey player profiles are now in our app!- Tap on your favourite player to see their career stats and transfer history.- Now let's talk basketball. Do you want to know how many points, rebounds or assists LeBron James had in his last match? No problem!- Find the most important player stats in every match detail in the NBA and top European leagues.
- A new football season is just around the corner. Find out which players will be wearing your favourite team's shirt!- All teams now have a "Squad" tab in their profiles, next to Results and Fixtures. (Our tip: tap on any name on the list to see a player's profile!)- Hockey is the second sport with the squad list implemented. Do you love ice, sticks & pucks? Good news for you: hockey player profiles are next up!
- Ronaldo, Messi and 180,000+ other names - all these football player profiles are now in our app!- Tap on your favourite player to see their recent matches, career stats and transfer history.- The easiest way to find the player is to tap on their name in Lineups.- Or you can find them in the Top Scorers Table. Or search for them via our search tool.
